NORA NEALS
Nora Neals is the CEO of Phoenix IX, LLC with more than a decade of experience in Project Management. She has a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Phoenix IX, LLC has a long business standing of exceedingly completing projects for 25+ years as a family business and is continuing that momentum forward.
Ms. Neals started her career in the electrical and HVAC sector of Project Management leading multiple multi Million projects to successful completion with one of the leading Electrical and HVAC companies in the State of South Carolina. Ms. Neals did not stop here, this feat showed her she had a passion for working in the Project Management, Logistics, and Construction sectors.
Certifying herself as a Scrum Master and gaining Osha Certifications with her decision to serve in the United States Army as a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear Specialist. Also, getting credentials from the College of Charleston in Historic Preservation and Community Planning.
She went on to work with major companies holding senior project management positions leading Million dollar projects to successful renewable completion and building strong connections within each project’s field with a deep understanding of project management methodologies, best practices, and the ability to adapt to diverse industries.
